    Green waste valorization

We work every day to be part of a greener future with our waste management service.

    servicio de gestión de residuos

At Sots Verds S.L.U., we specialize in the valorization of pruning and gardening waste generated in urban areas, turning it into reusable resources for the municipalities themselves. We are talking about local circular economy.

The Urban Pruning Valorization Stations (EVUP) autonomously collect waste code 20 02 01 and process it to transform it into raw materials. All of this is done in synergy with the EVUP Network, thus optimising the operations of the waste management service and saving CO₂. Our specialty is Self-managed EVUPs. We focus on automating each process to ensure agility and ease, making the activity accessible to everyone.

We contribute to change by being part of the circular economy, promoting symbiosis between municipalities and businesses, collaborating with research institutions, and providing consumption data to build a roadmap.

    What is EVUP Network?

A EVUP Network  consists of 12 stations, ranging in size from 0.5 to 3 hectares, capable of processing around 36,000 tons of pruning and gardening waste (RPJ) annually. These stations are positioned within a 7 km radius of the pilot test station, creating an efficient network. The goal of this network is to connect towns and facilitate the treatment of waste classified as 20 02 01.

    An EVUP enables:

    • Automation of pruning and gardening waste management,
    • Autonomous pouring of the valorized product,
    • Data collection on waste generated,
    • Technological and biological research through the database,
    • Promotion of the circular economy.

    An EVUP Network allows for:

    • Coordination between stations,
    • Sharing of materials, machinery, and products,
    • Reduction of carbon footprint by minimizing trips for mobile machinery,
    • Closer proximity to customers and towns, connecting more municipalities than a single station.
